While we’re extremely sad that Jack & Jill O’Rama isn’t happening…we’re excited to show you what our amazing SoCal West Coast Swing Community has to offer!

*Pricing and registration will be a la carte for each individual dance…there will not be a weekend pass. Pre-registration is not required for any of the weekend, however, doing so for the Saturday afternoon workshops will save you money, and doing so on Thursday evening will save you time. Everything else is just sign up at the door.

All three dance venues have an ample selection of hotels nearby but we do not have an official event hotel.

*Covid restrictions*
These restrictions are based on the current situation and while we don’t anticipate that we will change them, we reserve the right to adjust them based on new information and/or a drastic worsening or improvement of the situation.

The Santa Monica Beach Day and Wine Tasting in Temecula will have no restrictions due to their outdoor nature. If we end up arranging a bus option for Temecula that may have covid restrictions that we will determine later.

For the Swingin the Blues, Blackout Friday, and Starlight Dances/Workshops…
All attendees must provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination (2 weeks after JnJ or 2nd Moderna/Pfizer shot). Boosters will not be required but highly recommended.

Additionally, attendees will have the choice to either
1. Properly wear a mask at all times while inside the studio (cloth masks will not be allowed, must be a surgical style, KN95, N95, FFP2, or FLTR95 mask.
or
2. Rapid test out of wearing a mask. For each dance you will need a new rapid test and you are welcome to choose this option for all, one, or some of the dances (on Saturday a separate test will be required for the afternoon workshops and the evening dance)
For this option, bring an unopened, FDA approved rapid antigen test to the front desk (you must provide the test), show the test, give your name, go outside to take the test, then return within the test window to show the test result (once you show the front desk your unopened test and inform them you are going outside to test, you are required to then show your result or it will be assumed it was positive). If your result is negative you will be given a wristband showing you do not need to wear a mask for that dance. If your result is positive you will not be allowed to attend any of the SoCal O’Rama activities for the weekend.
– You must wear a mask when initially coming in, as well as after you take your test result if you are waiting near the entrance
– If your test is positive, please tell someone to tell the front desk, knock on the window for someone to come out, or call the studio rather than walking back in and knowingly exposing the front desk staff.
– You can get FREE rapid tests at https://special.usps.com/testkits . Additionally, health insurance is currently required to provide 8 rapid tests per month. Check with your insurance to see if they do this via reimbursement or authorized pickup locations.
